Nearly a month in fact but hey, im back now. Cant remember where i was last time i filled this in so heres a quick run down. After buda pest we hit belgrade in serbia. A good town but nithing too much to see there. There were some bombed out buildings in the centre of town though which were quite cool to look at. Then we moved on to buccarest, where i am now. As you will all probably know we are living here for a few months, had to rest somewhere and that somewhere turned out to be here. Its cheap and its not too bad a city. The bars are cool and the women are nice!!!!!! I never change do i.
Well thats it for now the next few monthes are gonna be pretty un eventful. Belgrade to be exact, in Serbia. Only been here a couple of days but its looking like a fun place. Found a great bar to get drunk in and a great restaurant to eat in, what more could a guy ask for. Well if you put it like that a great woman to eat and drink with but hey, we can't have everything can we. Left Budapest on Sunday, that was an awesome place, as I said before. We will only be here for a few days then we are thinking of going to Cosovo, should be interesting. That's about all for now.
Till next time

A WOBBLY TIME ON SOLID GROUND

Ok, so first a confession. I'm really in Kipax, that's right I never left England. When Debbie left us in the airport we immediately jump on a bus and went north. And that's where I am right now.
Ok, you got me. All the above is complete twaddle. Me and Stefan are still in Budapest, Its a fantastic city. The history here is amazing. Along with the beer. Yeh, we've sampled plenty of beer since getting here. Too much as usual but what else is there to do. Its too cold to stay outside on an evening so we have to go somewhere.
Yui Chi, the crazy Canadian, left yesterday. We are gonna meet up with him in Rumania. He plans to move in with us when we find an apartment there. We cant wait to just stop in one place for a few months, no more moving around every few days. Its gonna be great to relax and just chill. All this traveling lark is fun but we are getting tired of living out of bags and jumping on buses or trains every few days. Listen to me winging, as if its hard work. Well it is I tell you, it is. All this beer really knocks it out of ya. Back to the present though Budapest is great. Any of you who have never been, I recommend you get of your rears and get here. After all, easyjet fly here so it wont be long before the place is completely destroyed by English tourists. Just like Prague.
that's all for now so till next time..........

Hungry in Hungary

I know its been a while comming but here it is folks. The latest instalement. Where did I leave off last time. Zakopane. After we left there we travelled into slovakia, had to walk across the border, men with guns (scary stuff) Then jumped onto a bus to a town called stary mocovich (something like that any way) The place had been wiped out by a major act of nature a few days earlier. The surrounding forrest was gone and the town had no water at all. Needless to say we didnt stay. Jumped on another bus to a small one horse town called Lavoce (spelt correctly for the first time) We stayed there for a few days as it was cheap and the accomodation was the best we had stayed in for ages. While there we trecked up a hill for 2k to check out this church. The wind was blowing, there was thick snow on the ground, it was still snowing so bad we couldnt see further than 20m. We didnt even know if we were going in the right direction. After an hours treck we finally reached the church and it was closed. Back down the hill we whent. Met a crazy canadian while we were there called Yiu Chi (born in china) Hes still with us going all the way to Budapest. We have infested him with our wierdness. After Lavoce it was off to Bratislava, there was no one home when we got there. Much like the whole of Slovakia. Its like a one horse country! After a few days we jumoped onto a bus and it was off to the hugarian border. According to the guy in the hostel the bus would drop us off within a few meters of the border. Yeh right! After a 3k treck we were finally at the border point. (men with guns again) Then after going through the border we found that the train station was another 3k away, off we trecked again. Finally a few hours later we arrived at gyor, the third largest town in Hungary. We actually stayed in a hostel in the universaty, young student girls everywhere. PHWOOOOOAAARRRRR
On the second night there we got wind of a party going on in the bar just behind the university, guess who crashed the party. At some point in the night we all got split up, Yiu Chi was drunk so whent home. Stefan was dancing his heart out and I was disstracted by a nubile blonde who couldnt even speak english but didnt seem to care. as I stumbled back through the corridors of the accommodation block in the early hours I tripped over a body laid in the corridor. Thinking nothing off it i proceeded to our room. Once in the room I realised the body I had tripped over was Stefans. So it was off down the corridor for me to retrieve my fallen comrade. As I picked him off the floor and led him down to our room he was still fast asleep. The following morning he couldnt remember a thing about it. Turn4es out all he could remember was banging on the door to try and get Yiu Chi to let him in and, after having no luch, collapsed on the floor and passed out. He had no luck as it wasnt even our room, or our corridor for that matter.
Any way a day later we left gyor and came here, Keszthely. Its a nice town by the Balaton lake. Theres apparently a big night in one of the clubs down the road tonight so we will just have to make an appearence.
Thats all for now so till next time

Its cold, its damn cold

Well here I am folks, your intrepid explorer has reached the Tatra mountains. The town is Zakopane and it looks like your average Christmas card. To say its beautiful is an understatement. When we arrived there was no snow at all, for a moment we thought it may have been a wasted trip, but then slowly as the day went on it started to snow. By the time we awoke this morning the entire area was white. We are staying right up at the top of a hill over looking the town, the view is awesome. There is a cable train that runs from the small street (doesn't even class as a village) Down to the main town. Its a fun ride, only complaint is that it stops running at 18.00 so there will be no late nights out for us in this town. Suppose that's a good thing though. We need a break. The town centre itself is fantastic, there is one street that consists entirely of wooden buildings. The guest house where we are staying and all the buildings near it are also made of wood, there are even horse drawn sleds going up and down the street, all we need is Sandy Claws. It gets dark early round here, around 15.30 so yesterday we sat in a bar next to a log fire and drank cola while watching the snow fall. This is the life. Feels quite strange though when you consider just over a month ago we were swimming and snorkeling in the Med. It really feels like we have gone round the world, Mr Fogg eat your heart out.
Unfortunately Stefan has lost his bank card so we may be staying here for longer than expected so he can get a new one, he's sorting it out today so we should know by the end of the day.
That's it for the moment so till next time......

The cant-its-blurry tales by charles wiggins

So whats been going on down here in hot? and sunny? Poland. Well for starters its cold and I mean damn cold. Then theres the rain, its wet, and I mean wet. Like that realy fine rain that soaks you through? As opposed to the dry rain which we get quite a lot in England???? But on the plus side the women just get better looking each day, much like me? And the beer is a damn site better than the rubish we have to drink back home. Left Warsaw on Monday, 7 days after getting there, for Krakow. Krakow is as amazing as ever. Seem to have been drunk for most of the time, I realy do have to cut down. Didnt get to bed till 7.30 this morning, was up all night getting to know an american chick. At 19 I should know better, shes far too old??!! Heading off to Zakopane in the morning, way up in the Tatra mountains, and Im complaining about the cold here. Im gonna freeze my arse off. Its a hell of an arse to freeze off though, damn sexy as you all know?
As for Stefan, hes ok. He dissapeared last night with a young Polish chick, dirty man that he is. You wouldnt find me doing anything of the sort I can tell you!!??
Once we reach the mountains we are gonna try some snowboarding, might as well break a few bones while were here, Ill let you all know how we get on in my next report. If I live to do one. Thats about all there is to tell at the moment, been here twice before so theres nothing much to say about the place that I havent said before. Things will get more interesting once we reach Zakopane. So thats about it, and Im spent!
Till next time.

And so begins part 2

Well, here I am folks. The intrepid explorer returns for even more thrilling adventures and tales of madness from the drunk side. Been in Warsaw for 2 days now and me and Stefan have already taken over the hostel. Its 3.30 and ive only been out of bed for a couple of hours, it was an extreme night last night. We met this great irish guy called Kev who fits in with our way of doing things perfectly, needless to say we didnt leave the hostel bar till nearly 5am. Not bad to say it closes at 1am but hey, what did I tell you, weve taken over. Got some pc speakers for the ipod, unplugged the cd player in the bar and set our own music going. There was much frivolity I can tell you. We were joined by 2 groovy chicks from the states, Brittney (no not that one) and Liz, dont worry folks theyre anti bush so its ok. One by one the rest of the people in the bar left as they couldnt cope with the growing chaos, but hey, thats what I do and I do it well.
The hostel itself is great, one of the best Ive stayed in, the staff are cool too. Warsaw is as good as ever and the polish women are as damn good looking as ever too. Stefan can be found dragging his bottom jaw along the floor and dribbling every where when ever we leave the building. I did warn him but I dont think he quite believed me. Agnieszka, girl from Wandsworth cafe, is good. Her parents have invited me and Stef to dinner tomorrow evening, home cooked Polish food, it just keeps on getting better.
Well thats about all for now, theres valuable drinking time been wasted while Im here.
Oh, nearly forgot. Recieved some sad news when I arrived here. The father of Bozena and Anna passed away suddenly last week. Im gonna try and call in on them sometime over the next week or so.
Well for now thats all ive got to say.
Till next time......

So begins an epic voyage (sort of)

Well here I am again folks, your intrepid traveler returns. I know its been a while but the last time I tried to update this thing it wouldnt let me, After that I just, kind of, got crap a while. But hey, here I am and I'm ready for action. Cant remember what i reported last time but heres a quick recap for the folks back home. After Italy I whent over to Madrid (by any means possible) Met up with Sharan, from there shot over to greneda for a few days, then hit savilla fro a night, from there it was the costa del shite, and from there over to Lisbon for our final 3 days.
After that it was home to blighty, bored out of my tree for a few weeks, and thats pretty much it. TILL NOW.
Heading for the big smog in the morning (london for the challanged of mind) Only for a week or so though, then its off to Poland, turkey and australia.
Till next time

All good things

Well here i am folks, back in Blighty. wait you all say how did i get here. Well let me tell you. Are you all sitting comfortably, good, then ill begin. Once upon a time i was stuck in a place called Costa del shit, and this was as i said, shit. But things got a whole lot better with the next place. this was Seville, great. We were only there for one night which was a shame as it was a fun and beautifull place. While there me and my crimefighting partner, Shazzy, whent to see a Flamenco show at the local theatre. Great show, good music and fantastic dancing. You see im not the uncultured neanderthal you all think i am. Ok so i am the uncultured neanderthal you all think i am but i have my moments. From here it was back on the bus and off to Lisbon. Another great town. As this was our last stop we decided to indulge in a hotel. It was great to have an ensuit room to ourselves and not six other people. We also spoilt ourselves with a nice resteraunt, at 50 euros (crap name for a currncy) a piece it was expensive, but the food was to die for. On the last day we jumped on a train, literally, we couldnt afford tickets so we found the first bridge it whent under and just jumped for it. A few broken limbs later and we were at a fantastic place that i cant remember the name of. It was well worth the effort though. the last day was a bit sad as it was our last day together, but we will keep in touch. Shes a great friend. The next day i was on a train for a few hours, then a plane for a few hours and that was it. I was back in London. In the evening i indulged in a few beers with my main man Daz, i have to say ive been shit faced in every country but it took the crap beer of England to give me a hangover. Well thats it for now. Im here for a month and then its off to Turkey for however long i decide to stay. So till then.
Watch this space.

All good things.

Well here i am back in blighty. Ok so its the costa del sol, but it may as well be nowhere as theres nothing here but bloody brits.Nothing to see, nothing to do, thank god im only here for the night.
Wait, you all say. How did i get here? Wasnt i in Taormina the last time i checked in. Yup, i was. Its been a hell of a trip.
After a gruelling 7 days in Taormino sun bathing and swimming with some realy cool peolpe there, me and my new found travelling companion, Stefan, were off to the quiet little island of Lipari. As you will know if you recieved my email. Where we stayed for 3 days. There were some crazy times at these last 2 places, running through the streets in our swimmers with our masks and snorkles on in the rain, singing songs on the beach and getting the locals to join in. Teaching Paolo, an italian guy we met in the hostel, the lyrics to fuck her gently by tenacoius d. Pretending to throw a panic attack every time i whent in the cable car, you should have seen the faces of the people in the car with us. It was a time of chaos, i can tell you. But wait you all shout im still not telling you how i got all the way from a small island just off sicily to bloody spain. Well if you all shut up i will tell you.
It all started in Sorrento, while there i met this realy cool chick, an indian girl called Sharan. No we werent up to no good before all youy dirty minded people get the wrong idea, we jut got on realy well, too well some would say. We could have been twins in a previous life. So any way, when i left sorrento me and sharan stayed in touch. Ehile traveling southern with Stefan, me and sharan decided to meet up in spain, and thats why im here.
I met with her in Madrid, luckily i was only there for one night (shit hole) And then we whent to Granada, that place is fantastic, a realy beautifull small city. Visited the Al Alhambra, that was fantastic, a bit of a mission though. We were in there for 4 hours and still didnt see it all. Any body going there, you have to visit this place. And now we are in the costa, for one night again, thank god.
Well that just about brings you all up to date so untill next time.
Dont forget to brush your teeth!

Its all just too much

Hi there people, its been a while i know but the internet is just too god damn expensive in Italy. As you know i was in venice, from there it was rome (cool) then to Sorrento (cool again) through Possitano, amalfi, pria a mara and now im in a small town called Taomina in Sicily. This place is like paradise you have all got to come here on holiday. Its one of the most beautifull places ive ever seen. Got some wild stories to tell you all but i will save them for another town where the internet isnt so bloody expensive. (echo, echo, echo)
Let me just fill in a few gaps for you first. Munich, great town, great people. Walking through the English Garden, as in Berlin, I stumbled across a few naked guys sun worshiping (even though it wasn't sunny?) Why is it its always guys that strip off in German parks, that's something I don't want to see. Then I turned a corner and there was the strangest sight yet, surfers. Yup, you read that right, surfers. There is a permanent wave in one of the rivers heading into the garden so guys just go down there with their boards and surf for a while. It was quite cool. The food in Munich is good also. I love all the bratwurst and bockwurst. Not as good as Polish soup though.
As I said yesterday, I'm in Venice now. Its a nice place but, once again, its sold its soul to tourism. And it costs a shit load. A can of pop is around 3 euro!!! Last night me and a few others all went on a gondola ride, it was awesome. I wasn't interested in doing it but I'm glad the others talked me into it. After that we went for the bus back to camp, 30 min walk (yeh right) For those of you who have never been here, trying to find your way round Venice is like trying to work out a can of spaghetti. We had several different maps between us and still got lost every 5 min. After an hour and half we finally made it back to the bus station.
I'm back in town today, so will probably get lost again.
Heading to Rome in the morning so my next report will be from there.
Till next time

ADY

My god its full of bridges!

Hi folks, just a quick one today as im running out of time. I need a holiday!!!
Lets start with Austria, as I told you all last time its a beautiful place, the buildings are just how you would imagine them to look. My first night there was quite reserved, just a few drinks by my self and then bed. Once again, by my self (boo, hoo) The second night however just got a little crazy. Started drinking with the guys from my dorm, the ones that I said wouldn't talk, seems they thought I was German????? Where they got that one from I don't know. But they turned out to be good guys. Then we were joined by 2 young Australian guys that I had met earlier that day in the internet cafe. After a few drinks together in the hostel bar me and the Australians decided to try some of the local bars. We started in a bar round the corner run by this lady who was just like everyone's mum. You all know the kind of person I'm talking about. She just couldn't do enough for us. Then we moved on to a bar called Pandoras Box. It looked like the roughest place in Vienna. The guys just didn't get it at all but I loved it. Then after a couple of other bars that aren't worth writing about we went back to the hostel to down some Jim Bean and coke. At this point we ran into a really cool guy from Finland who decided that staying up late getting pissed sounded like a really good idea. So the 4 of us downed some shots till around 3 and then the 2 guys had to retire so me and the fin guy went on a trawl around the local area on a mission for beer. At around 6am we decided it was pointless going to bed as he was leaving at 10. So we bought some cans picked up his bags and we drank till 10 in the station. I finally went to bed around 10.30. So needless to say I slept all day. When I woke up there was a new guy in the dorm, from England, so we opted to get drunk together. We ventured all round Vienna looking for bars. This Italian guy we met told us to go to a bar called Flex. This was the second time it had been mentioned to us so we thought it must be good. It wasn't. So we ventured down some streets and met 2 Austrian guys who we're really cool. The 4 of us ended up going to great bars. When the 2 guys retired we ventured to Pandoras Box where the barman fed us free joints till the early hours. I knew it was a great place. At 5 we finally stopped and I was on the bus again at 8, headed for Germany.
So far Munich is a great place, met some really good people on the bus. Went on an organized pub crawl last night, it turned insane again. Me an Australian and a Scottish guy just made the night. As always my group was the loudest in every pub. The tour guide was at a loss most of the time, he'd never seen anything like it. So tonight I'm gonna stay off the beer. I just cant do it again.
Well that's it for now, hopefully I wont get drunk for a while. Yeh right.
Till next time....

ADY

Yah, I'm in Austria, isn't that insane?

Well where to begin, I know I'll start where I left off. The night train to Prague.
Nightmare more like. It started off good, me and another English guy had a compartment to ourselves, plenty of room to sprawl out and grab some shut eye. Well all good things have to come to an end don't they, about 1 minute before the train set of 2 English girls invaded our compartment, that was it no more room. But as the train got going we were all able to find our own space, somehow, and get some sleep. Me and the other guy were just sleeping where we were and as we were. The 2 girls however got out their sleeping bags and got changed into their night clothes (in their bags!!) A little bit over the top we thought and, as you will find out, they paid for it later. Well there we were, sleeping. When we were rudely interrupted by the ticket inspector. Having sorted that out we all tried to get to sleep again. After an eternity of disturbed sleep we were then interrupted by the border guard, passports out everyone and smile at the nice man with the gun! At this point things started to go down hill fast.
The ticket inspector we had met earlier left the train as he was Polish and a new inspector from the Chec republic got on board. She was a woman on a mission, that mission been to deprive us of as much sleep as she could. And this she did, very successfully. Every now and then she would come wake every one up and check their tickets, even if she had checked them only 10 minutes before. Any way remember the girls with the sleeping bags and night clothes? Well when we arrived at their stop they were still in their sleeping bags, now as you can imagine, if they had just slept as they were they could have just grabbed their ruck sacks and got off the train. However, they didn't did they? Before they had packed their things up the train started to leave the station, oops. That will teach them. They even tried reasoning with the evil inspector but all she did was shout at them in some strange language that didn't even sound Human. So the girls had to get of the next stop. This left me and the other with a compartment to ourselves, yipee some sleep. As if. We got laid out for a while but then the inspector from hell came in and started shouting at us, thinking she wanted to look at our tickets once more we promptly showed them to her. How ever she just ignored them and looked at us, not been able to understand a word she was saying we just got on with trying to sleep, the other guy just sat there and closed his eyes, me on the other hand decided to lay back down. This where the shouting started again, it seemed she now had a problem with us putting our feet up, as I discovered when she lunged at me and started to hit me with her clip board. Said she was evil didn't I.
So we eventually arrived in Prague, with practically no sleep, boy did that plan backfire.
Prague turned out to be a real let down, walking down the main drag its like walking down the front at Blackpool. Sure the old town is nice but the place has just sold its soul to tourism. As I was wandering around I ran into the English guy from the train again so we ended up arranging to meet that evening for some beers. What an event that was. After we met up we walked down the main street only to be accosted by touts every 50m trying to get us into strip bars, there's just as many strip bars there as there is in Amsterdam. We seemed to be looking for ever for a pub, there just isn't any. They're all cafe bars or restaurants. After a few cafe bars and finally a pub (an Irish bar! They're like McDonald, they get every where) We decided to call it a night, after all neither of us had got much sleep the night before, so off we went up the main drag again to the metro station. This time it wasn't strip bar touts that were bugging us but hookers. These women just wouldn't take no for an answer, they followed us all the way from the bottom of the street to the station entrance.
All things taken into consideration, I hated Prague. If you wanna see Prague go to Blackpool and imagine it had nicer buildings.
Well, that was that. I'm now in Vienna. At first I thought this was gonna be just another Prague but luckily as you walk down the main drag of the new town you realize that its not tourist traps that litter the street but just normal shops. Its just like any other town centre. Then you reach the old town and the bright lights of the shopping centers stop and you can just enjoy the true beauty of the old town. So far, I like this place.
Only thing to ruin it so far is the people I'm sharing a room with, trying to get a conversation out of them seem almost too painful an exercise for them. It seems its just 3 guys who are traveling together and don't want to know any one else. Ah well, never mind.
that's all for now, thank god you all say.
Till next time......

ADY

Krakow and beyond

Well here I am again folks, since the last installment I've moved on to Krakow, and I can tell you this place just gets better by the day. Me and Bozena have had a great time. On the first day here we visited the salt mines, this place is just awesome. Its no ordinary mine, once you go down you are greeted by life size carvings made of rock salt, but the finishing touch to the whole thing is the underground church. This is a full on church all carved out of one giant block of rock salt, it has to be seen to be believed. The day after we visited Auswitch (spelt right??) This is definitely a moving place. Not even the birds go near it. Very touching. And yesterday we just spent the day exploring Krakow, I was playing tour guide as Bozena has never been here before. The food in Poland is better than I remember, the soup is mind blowing, and the pubs are just beyond words. I love this country. If any of you low lives have never been here (all of you I suspect) then get your rear in gear and get over here! This place is the bomb. This afternoon I had to say goodbye to Bozena, she's now on her way home, its quite sad. I don't want to leave this country. But alas, all things been equal I must. So I'm sat here writing this just passing the time waiting for the train to arrive. Its nearly 5 and I'm catching the night train!? Its gonna be a long wait. Where is the train going you all ask. AH, well that would be telling wouldn't it. Ok stop nagging, I'm off to Prague next, should be there by 7am.
Well that's all for now folks so till next time, remember. Sooty is watching!!!!!!

ADY

So the vodka started flowing and it did taste good

Well here i am folks in the small town of ostrowich (or something like that) The wedding was an experience and a half i can tell you, but first let me tell you of my journey here.
The last time i spoke i was waiting in the bus station at warsaw, well, at that point it was going ok. Unknown to me though it was about to go down hill real fast.
It all started with a phone call from Bozena (the girl who invited me to the wedding) when i told her i was unable to get the 4pm bus she told me to try some different routes, so, after much struggling with very unhelpfull old women who couldnt speak a word of english at the ticket counter, i finally boarded a bus for radom. A small town only a few k from bozenas house, at that point everything seemed to be going ok. How ever just as the bus was approaching the radom station what should happen? I had the worst nose bleed ive had in years, i mean it was pooring out, so at the station i manages to get off the bus holding my shirt up to my nose, and clambers into a quiet corner to sort it out. Finally my nose stopped bleeding and i thought , foolishly, that my problems were over. Think again. As I looked around i noticed a distinct lack of people at the station and a complete lack of buses, yup, the place was closed for the night. So i phones bozena, though it was annia, her sister, who i ended up speaking to. After running around trying to find a ticket machine or at least some sign of life we both decided that as i pointed out earlier the whole place was shut down for the night. At that point i tried to find somebody who could speak english, yeh right as if that was gonna happen, in the end i phoned annia and got her to speak over the phone to a polish guy (drunk by the way) to try and help me out. The guy bless nim tried his best but the only transport out of the place was a train at midnight to another town and then one at 4am that i had to get from there. In the end it was down to the local cabbies to rescue me, thank god as well as my phone was quickly running out of juice. Finally, at around 12.30 i made it to their house.
The next day it was the wedding, what an experience that was. The whole event started at 5pm and the celebrations didnt finish till 5am the next morning. You will all be shocked to learn that i behaved impeckably that night and didnt even get drunk. How ever at 4pm the same day the celebrating started again and this time i had to indulge in the consumption of the never ending river of vodka. I got a little tipsy, trying to get the guys to raise a glass to the traditional travellers toast of loose women. The glasses got raised but they couldnt quite grasp the toast itself.
Anyway thats all for now, im spending the next few days bumming it around the backwoods of poland with bozena as my guide and than its of to krakow.
So till next time
Behave and if you cant behave then be good!!!!!

ADY

So the quest continues

Well here I am in Prague, what's the weather like here you all ask. Well let me tell you its damn.........
I have no idea as I'm not in Prague, isn't that insane. I'm still in Warsaw, but you were all ready to believe me. SUCKERS.
I'm actually stuck in a bus station waiting to get of to a small town south of Warsaw for the wedding. I was supposed to catch a bus at 4 but I got chatting to a couple of English guys back at the hostel and before i knew it, it was 3.30 needless to say by the time i got to the station it was ten to and the bus was full. OOPS.
Well the girls left yesturday, it was a sad occasion. I had grown used to them being there. I will miss my daily dose of infinite wisdom from the scelestial being/china doll eg, does the pope live in a palace in poland!!! If we let her out of her glass box more than twice a day she got confused and started to wander about dribbling a lot so mother hen (hi jill) would have to run after her and give her a some medication. Meanwhile dippy would just look on aimlessly. So that was it, the girls left, i cried like a baby? And we all said our goodbyes. You know what thet means, yes, i got an early night. YIPEE. Yopu are probably wondering where the other 2 girls were, aftre all there was 5, well its like this. Im still trying to think of names for the remaining 2, they had no quirky charecteristicks to speak of. They were still good girls though.
Meanwhile back in the asylum, the two english guys i met today had just arrived an hour before i met them so i was giving them some valuable insight into polish culture. Ie, all the bars close at 10 so this is where the nightclubs are. Typical english.
Anyway so here i am, sat in a bus station in warsaw just waiting for my bus (what else would you do in a bus station) By the way its pissing it down outside, im leaving and warsaw cries. Such is the global love for me!!!
Talking of love i had some soup yesturday and it was fantastic. Polish dpecial soup it was called and it came served in a hollowed out loaf of bread with the lid put back on. So when i got it i lifted the top of this small loaf and inside was my soup, how cool is that, especially when i had finished and i could scrape out bread from the inside that had been soacked in soup.
Any way thats about all for today so untill after the wedding its toodle pip from me and a drunken slur from sooty

ADY

AND YEH SO THE STREETS WERE PAVED WITH WOMEN

Well here I am in sunny Warsaw. But first let me fill you in with the story so far.
Once upon a time in a land far far away there was a pissed up brit carrying a rucksack. He had set out upon a quest to find the holy beer glass. His travels did take through bars far and wide until one day he suddenly stopped for a moment..............
To DANCE!!!!!
Yup you read that right. How you all ask yourselves, well its like this.
Back in Berlin there were 5 young girls, each from completely different pasts, until they began working for me then they became ADYs Angels. Well ok here's the truth of it, back in Berlin I met 5 Irish girls who just so happened to be traveling in the same direction as me, so we hooked up and came to Warsaw together. They're a great bunch and we are having a fun time, they leave in the morning so once they are gone I'm back on my own for a short time, but I'm sure it wont be for long. I'm quite glad in a way as they are wearing me out, clubbing till 4am everynight. I just cant take it much longer. I NEED REST. The good thing is though that they are convinced I look like Bruce Willis so that's quite cool, if only other women thought the same, oh how my life could be so much more DIRTY.........
Warsaw is a cool place, not quite as buzzing as Berlin, that place was just awesome. But still a good place to be.
So far the league table reads as thus.
1 Berlin
2 Warsaw
3 brugge
4 Paris
5 Amsterdam
Expect the last 2 to change places from time to time as I cant quite decide which was worst. Paris was nice but no atmosphere and Amsterdam was quite nice with an over rated atmosphere.
Well that's about all for now folks, so till next time be well.
And remember don't play with it too much or it may fall off!

And he did taste the beers of Berlin, and it was good

Arrived in Berlin on the 5th. This is a cool town.
The hostel is certainly one of the better ones so far. On the first night me and a few others got drunk(nothing new there) but it was the size of the beers that did it. Them 2 pint Stiens (spelt something like that) are the bomb.
yesterday we all went on a 5 hour walking tour of the city. It was awesome (and tiring) The guide was so passionate about the city that he was in tears when describing the fall of the wall. Great guy, sure makes a change from the text book stuff that you're normally fed by these guys.
Last night was the best so far though. The Berlin pub crawl. Oh you know what's coming.
We all got hammered, BIG TIME. A free shot in all six bars we visited, a free beer at the start plus all the beers we bought ourselves. Disgusting behavior for a man of my age. Only grownups should do things like that, not a we little whippersnapper like me.
If that wasn't bad enough though, Sooty is getting really out of hand. He was all over the women last night, causing fights, getting drunk. I even found him been sick into some ones beer at one point. He is a bad bear. I think the evil pixies have been whispering things to him in his sleep. He was never this bad back home.
Its my last day here tomorrow, then I'm off to Poland for a few weeks.
So if I don't report back sooner, I will heck in from Warsaw.
Till then be good everyone, if you cant be good then be good at being bad. I am.

sex, drugs and lots of canals

Hi everyone,
Its been a while i know but ive been busy. Ive been in Amsterdame for the last couple of days (you can understand why ive been busy now) As a place its fine but you soon get bored of the whole smokes and prostitutes thing. Me and a few others all got drunk and high on the first night but that was it for the drugs. You cant come here and not smoke at least one, but you soon get bored of it. Unless of coarse you are a complete pot head already. Last night we explored the red light district. Once again its ok but the whole district maybe consists of 2 main streets and a couple of side streets so it doesnt take that long to get around. Certainly worth checking out though as some of the girls are amazing. Still gotta pay though so they can stay amazing and where they are. Been to the heinecan experience today, that was the best thing about the whole place, that and the sex museum. Now that was interesting.
Sooty has been a real party animal since we got here, im finding it hard to control him. Found him getting drunk in the bar at the experience this morning. Thank god i only brought him and not sweep and sue as well. That would be too much.

Well gotta go, theres beer to be drunk.

Till next time.

A new day, a new country

Well im now in Belgium, Brugge to be exact. But first the weather.....ITS HOT, DAMN HOT!!!
yesterday I went to all the usual touristy bits and did all the usual touristy stuff. Notre dame, the big ugly tower thing, the big arch thing and not forgetting the collection of fancy tower blocks thing. Then in the evening I braved the Paris roads and took in a bike tour. First time I've touched a push bike in 20 years, it was a little hairy at first but I soon got into the swing of things. Anybody coming to Paris in the future, I highly recommend the Fat tire Bike Tours. I did the evening one, boat trip and free wine thrown in. As you may have guessed it was the free wine that had me sold, turned out to be real nasty tasting wine though. Kind of stuff that could melt its way through the bottom of the boat if you were to spill it. But still it was free so, hey, who gives a damn. I still drank as much as I could get.
Today I've just been wandering along the bank of the river, you were right Debbie. You can do the whole of Paris in a day.
In the morning its off to Belgium I go, suppose I wil have to try the famous Belgium waffles while I'm there. I will give you a full update on the waffles, the beer and the women when I get there.
until then its goodnight from me and its goodnight from sooty.

PS> The women in Paris are nice but boy, are they high maintenance. Kind of girls that would take 3 hours to get ready just to go to the corner shop. Nice but not worth the effort.

The invasion of France has begun

Well here I am people, in romantic Paris, of coarse it wont remain that way for long with me here. Met some great people on the coach over, hope to be catching up with my 2 Canadian compardres later. Met a great old gal called Margaret on the coach as well, she's a kiwi and a bit of a party animal.
The 4 of us went to the Sacre Coeur, a church at the top of the only hill in Paris. The view was phenomenal, it comes highly recommended in Adys guide to traveling. While there we drank wine and watched the sun go down.
We then walked back down and played the part of Parisian wino by drinking more wine while sitting on an island in the middle of the road.
Yes Paris I have arrived.
By the way, another addition to the, 'It could only happen to Ady' list.
Our hotels are on the edge of the Paris red light district, unfortunately our guide on the bus forgot to tell us the French for, "How much for the works?"
Nevermind there's always Amsterdam!!!

Well that's all for now kids so till next time, here's me, not saying anything special, but saying it anyway.

Au revoir

Nigga just waiting to die (for daz)

The witching hour is almost upon us, time for one last story....
It was on a night like this that the fog rolled in...(cue spooky music)

OK, so its 2.23pm and im just passing time by writing this crap, setting off in the morning to see my people down there for one last time and a couple of beers with my main man Daz.
